Card Authorization
For select reservations
For certain reservations — such as large bookings or rides paid on behalf of a third party — NYC LUX RIDE requires a card authorization before the trip. This page explains how that process works. It does not collect any payment information.
How It Works
- Book your ride. Reserve through our booking system or contact our team to arrange your trip.
- We send a secure authorization request. Our team sends the request to you through our booking system for the reservation.
- You confirm and sign electronically. Review the details and approve the authorization with a secure electronic signature.
Your Security
Card details are handled exclusively through our PCI-compliant booking and payment system.
We will never ask for card numbers, photos of your card, or copies of your ID by email, text message, or web form. Any such request claiming to be NYC LUX RIDE is fraudulent — please do not respond, and report it to info@nycluxride.com.
