1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to NYC LUX RIDE's website and related mobile app experience at www.nycluxride.com. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you browse the site, submit ride details, and communicate through linked channels.
2. Information we collect
In the booking form, on the booking page, the homepage, the service and area pages and the JFK, LaGuardia and Newark pages, you enter the trip type, the pickup and drop-off locations and any stops, the date and time, an optional return trip, the number of passengers, the hours for a trip by the hour, the vehicle class or vehicle, meet and greet, an optional gratuity and an optional flight number. Before payment the booking page asks for your name, email and mobile number, whether dispatch should contact you by phone or WhatsApp, and optionally the passenger's name and mobile, a name for the sign and notes for your chauffeur. On Stripe's payment page you enter your card, which is saved for the charges after the ride, and also your name, email and mobile number if the booking page did not send them.
The schedule form asks for your name, email, mobile, pickup address, destination, date and time. You can also add a flight or train number, the number of passengers, a vehicle class and notes. The contact form asks for your name, an email or mobile number and your message, and you can add a booking reference. These forms open your email app with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email.
We also collect communication information when you contact us by phone, SMS/iMessage, WhatsApp or email. Depending on what you provide, this can include your name, phone number, email address, and message content.
Every page loads the Google Ads tag (AW-18190711813). NYC LUX RIDE uses it to measure ad results, such as Book a car, call and WhatsApp clicks. Each page view sends Google the page address and title, your screen size, browser and device details, your IP address, and an identifier kept in the _gcl_au cookie. The tag sets the _gcl_au cookie on this site, the _gcl_aw cookie when you arrive from an ad, and the test_cookie cookie on doubleclick.net, and it keeps _gcl_ls and call-tracking entries in your browser's local storage. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads based on past visits to this site, so you may see NYC LUX RIDE ads on other sites across the internet. For visitors who arrive from an ad, Google may show a forwarding number for calls.
The booking form keeps the trip and the details you enter, and the confirmation page keeps your payment reference, in your browser's session storage until the tab closes.
3. How we collect information
Data is collected through form fields you complete, the Google Ads tag and its cookies, communications you initiate, and links that open third-party services such as WhatsApp, Stripe, social media, and map providers.
Trip details and contact details entered in the booking form are sent to NYC LUX RIDE to prepare the booking. To suggest addresses, hotels and airports as you type and to estimate the drive time, NYC LUX RIDE's server may send the text you type in a location box, and the place you pick, to Google Maps Platform, and the route map in the booking form is an image loaded from Google. A flight number you enter is sent with the pickup date to a flight data provider, AeroDataBox through API.Market, to show the flight's status. When you pay online they are also sent to Stripe, which hosts the payment page, and are kept with the payment record. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and processed by Stripe. NYC LUX RIDE does not receive or store full card numbers.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and coordinate chauffeur services, respond to inquiries, confirm trip details, provide support, measure advertising results, and improve site performance and user experience.

The site uses the Google Ads tag, its cookies and the browser storage described in section 2. This site does not show a cookie banner.
You can turn off personalized ads from Google at https://adssettings.google.com, opt out of personalized ads from other vendors at https://optout.networkadvertising.org, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
