How we meet you at Newark
At Newark, a driver can't wait at the curb unless the passenger and bags are already there. Your chauffeur waits in the cell phone lot near the airport entrance, next to the P4 parking garage, less than 5 minutes from each terminal.
Once you have your bags, your chauffeur comes to the curb or the car service pickup area for your terminal and calls or messages you with the exact spot. Don't follow the Ride App Pick Up signs. They lead to the Uber and Lyft areas, like floor 3 of the Terminal C garage.
To skip the calls and the curb, add meet and greet. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal near baggage claim with a name sign and takes your bags from there. There is an extra charge, plus any airport parking.
We track your flight and move the pickup if it lands early or late. You get 45 minutes of free waiting after a domestic landing, 60 minutes after an international landing, and 15 minutes at any other pickup.
Three terminals in New Jersey
Newark Liberty is in New Jersey, 9 miles west-southwest of Manhattan, through the Lincoln or Holland Tunnel and down the New Jersey Turnpike. It has three terminals, A, B and C. Terminal C is run by United.
AirTrain Newark is free between the terminals, parking and rental cars. It doesn't go directly to Terminal A.
When you book, give us the airline and the flight number. If you don't know the terminal, the flight number is enough for us to find it.
Flights from abroad take longer from touchdown to the door because of passport control, baggage and customs. The free Mobile Passport Control app from U.S. Customs and Border Protection works at Newark. It's for U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, Canadian citizen visitors and returning Visa Waiver Program travelers with an approved ESTA.
